Keith and I are expecting our first little one on 11/26/11. We're so excited! A little nervous, a little stressed, but enjoying every moment of it....except for the morning sickness. Who'd have thought that a little extra hormones could wreck such havoc on a body? Wow!
We don't know, yet, what we're having, but we'll find out in a few weeks and let everyone know. Thank you for all the love and support! I may create a baby blog, but I might just update this one more regularly. I'll keep you posted on that as well.

CHICO APARTMENT
YAY. Keith and I moved to our own apartment in Chico. After 5 1/2 months of living with the parents we're finally on our own again. Thank you Mom and Dad for allowing us to live with you, save up some money, and re-adjust to life in California. It's a much faster pace than what I remember. :D
Oh, we moved back from Utah in September of 2010 so Keith could take a job working for my dad's insurance agency as Chief of Operations. I worked remotely for the Leavitt Group until January, when I went to work for Applied Systems, Inc. as a Sr. Consultant for their EPIC agency management system.

MOVING
Wow, it's been a lot longer than I thought since our last entry! I guess the most important news is that we're buying a house in Cedar City, UT. Cedar City is in Southern Utah, about 2 hours northeast of Las Vegas. We're very excited. We close escrow tomorrow and we'll start our move over the next couple of weeks. I have attached photos of the home. Things are crazy of course, but going well. Keith got a promotion and a raise at work and things are looking great for me as well. I'm so excited about Keith's promotion, it was hard earned and well deserved!

UPDATE!!!
I'll add photos later but a lot has happened since December when I posted last. Sorry about that! So, Christmas was pretty nice, lots of travel as usual, but it was pretty cool overall. In January Jen started interviewing with The Leavitt Group. They are Tim's partner at Titus-Leavitt. The position she was interviewing for was to help put together a service center for their agencies Commercial Lines clients. Meaning, all the agencies that are partners with the Leavitt Group (like Tim) would send their small commercial clients to the service center for customer service, like in-house out-sourcing in a way. In February Jen and Keith drove out to Cedar City, Utah for Jen to interview in person. She was offered the job and took the position and started work on March 2, her 28th Birthday.
Jen went to lunch with Jayna Taylor and Kim Julian on her birthday and that night went to dinner with Jenni Leavitt. Keith moved out to Utah on April 5 and he's settling in rather nicely. He's also interviewing with the Leavitt Group to work in the Personal Lines service center. Last weekend we drove out to Zion Overlook, which looks over the National Park. It's kinda cool living out here. It's dry and that sucks, but there is a lot to do. We're looking at getting some ATV's and camping a lot, investigating the area we now live.
We've made a few friends out here, Jayna Taylor is awesome and great to hang out with. She's funny and very cool. Hopefully once we take up our new hobby we'll meet more people and have a wider circle of friends.
I'll post photos and more updates later!

November 2008
SO, we had Thanksgiving at Nana's and Uncle Dan's this year, but before all the food Keith and I went to see Grandpa. He was so funny, but he was having a bad day as far as his memory was concerned. Grandma thinks they gave him more meds than normal since more people were going to be around. That could be, but it was sad. He didn't know where he was or who I was, or anything. He knew I was family, but not who I was. Anyway...
At Nana's we drew names for the first time for who we're getting gifts for this year, to cut back on expenses (you know how the economy is). At Nana's we had a wonderful turkey, but Aunt Pat made her awesome broccoli casserole thing, always a holiday favorite! Then, Nana brought out her famous Pumpkin Pie, she does some thing to add a layer of like some cream cheese thing or something, but its bomb! I haven't uploaded pics yet, but I will soon. Everyone that is normally there was there except Gregory, Angela, Terry, and the Bettencourts.
At Grandma's we were already kinda stuffed, but I couldn't resist Aunt Marlene's Enchiladas, also a Thanksgiving favorite of mine. There were also all the typical Thanksgiving courses, but the Enchiladas are my favorite, every year. Everyone was there, Richard and Stephen Suhr, the Boulants, Keith and I, Nick and Karen Johonie, Aunt Marlene and Uncle Tim, Grandma, the Dan Titus family (since it was at their house), and Tom and Aunt Debbie's sister, and the Murphy's....Chris, Leandra, and Aunt Joanne, and Leandra's boyfriend Bobby too. HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Job Hunting Sucks
So, it's October and I still haven't found a job yet. I got laid off in June! What the heck!? I know the economy is in the toilet and everything, but jeez, give a girl a break! Anyway, enough about that. Keith and I are not up to a whole lot right now. This past weekend we really just hung out, watched some football, while I went through our wedding photos sorting stuff so I can start our scrapbook. Yipee, finally, its only been 5 months. :) Love you all!

Fun with Friends
Last weekend my sister, Virginia and her friend Lisa came up to visit, they brought Jocelin with them. We went to the mall and shopped and hung out together. On Sunday Lynsey and Kirsten (cousins) came up as well and we had our makeup done at MAC and we had a lot of fun together, we got our pictures taken and everything. Girls weekend, what could be more fun? After Virginia left for home Lynsey, Kirsten, and I went to dinner at Chili's. We had a great time.

Keith and I, 4th of July
4th of July
We spent 4th of July weekend in Lakeport, CA. We hung out at Keith's mom's house and at his friend Seth's. We watched fireworks from the boat on the Lake, it was awesome, except that we were literally surrounded by 1000's of gnats, it was gross!

We spent the day on the Russian River with our friend, Dan. We had a lot of fun just swimming and hanging out.
Grandpa and I
The McFarlands
Emily Jeanne Rawe married Kory Gene McFarland on Sept 20th, 2008 at her dad's home in Modesto. It was a beautiful wedding and the reception followed immediately after the ceremony. The yard was gorgeous. The groomsmen and the bridesmaids (Rachel, Laurie, and I) decorated Kory's rental car with shoe polish, cans, streamers, all sorts of stuff, it was great! The getaway vehicle became a very noisy spectacle!
The Wedding Crew
The Lincolns Est. 2008
Keith's brother, Clement Lincoln (Clem) married Marisa Rubitz on August 9th at the Jefferson Mansion in Benicia, CA. We had a lot of fun at their wedding, Keith was a groomsman in the wedding. The night before they did a rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. The dinner was Venticello's on First St in Benicia, and it was the most amazing meal I've had in awhile! We hung out the Union Bar for awhile that evening after the bride and her friends and family went back to her hotel room for the evening. Keith and I hung out with Clem, Ron, Mike and his wife Asha, and PJ Racine. We had a blast at the bar and then wandering down the streets of downtown Benicia, we went to the beach for a bit, but it was windy and cold.
The wedding day dawned bright and clear and warm. The wedding didn't start until the late afternoon so we had time to hang out that morning at the Peddler's Fair, we got breakfast that morning with Clem, PJ, Hank, and Mia. The wedding was gorgeous, Marisa was one of the most beautiful brides I have ever seen. The wedding colors were light blue and light purple and the flowers were hydrangeas and roses, stunning. I loved the layout, the colors, the music, the atmostphere, the wedding was perfect for them, absolutely perfect. They make a wonderful couple and we wish them all the luck and a great future together.

Fathers Day 2008
We went to Sacramento for Father's Day afternoon. We met up with my family at Grandpa's care home in Elk Grove. We hung out there for awhile talking and taking pictures and I showed him my wedding pictures. He doesn't remember that I am married, or was getting married, and he doesn't remember Keith 1/2 the time, even though he's been around for 6 years, but its okay, we love him anyway! He is hilarious, still tells great jokes and stories, and he is as lovable as always. WE LOVE YOU GRANDPA!
49ers - Seahawks October 26, 2008
We went to the 49er - Seahawks game at Candlestick. We tailgated and BBQ'd with the Warners (Jared, Heath, Bryce, Keaton, Keaton's boyfriend Stewie), and a family friend Tad and his daughter and her friend. The Seahawks beat the Niners, of course. The Warners are from Washington and are born Seahawks fans and we like the Seahawks as well, so it was the perfect game for us to go to, even though I am a HUGE Eagles fan! We hung out for a few hours before the game and for an hour or so after the game, just talking and stuff, we hadn't seen them since our wedding in May!
Go Seahawks
